The Cass Ambassadors will sing at both worship services at Belleville UMC.

People from the community will sign-up for Thanksgiving baskets at the Scott Building. Enrollment is from 9 am until 5 pm.

The law students from Wayne State University will sponsor an ambulance chase to raise funds for our work with homeless veterans. The chase will begin in front of the Law School. Stephen Wayne is the contact person.

Students from Albion College will volunteer at CCSS.

Volunteers from Ford Motor will help construct, paint and decorate the Cass Community United Methodist Church Haunted House to get it ready for our opening on Oct. 17, 2008. Funds from the annual fundraiser support CCSS programs for homeless women and children.

Rev. Fowler will preach at the Detroit East United Methodist Women's Annual Meeting in Berkley.

The high school youth from Swartz Creek will be returning to Cass to volunteer. The teens will be working on both the preparations for the Haunted House and apartment work at the Elmhurst site. Brian Kelly is the contact person.
